was established to provide an excellent service to recruit qualified
physicians who are well matched to client’s
hospitals, physician practices and communities. As part of the
contract with the client, we assist with on-site interviews, contract
negotiation and applications for hospital privileges and state
licenses, when needed.

As Physician Recruiter at both an 881 bed regional referral and
trauma center and for a large healthcare practice management company, Helen developed and implemented strategies
to recruit physicians for primary care and subspecialty physician
practices. Her experience in healthcare marketing combined with
an extensive professional network enables her to quickly and cost
effectively source top quality physician candidates for physician
practices and hospital employers.
Ms. Gammons’ background and active role as Principal with
